How to copy and paste without loosing the format?

I would like to copy the "Fractions" column from this link to an Excel spreadsheet without losing the format. When I try, some fractions copy ok and the others are mistaken for a date.

Format Column A as text & then right click paste special & select text. Works for me

Alternatively just put =(ROW()-1)/64 in A2 & fill down as far as needed & format as fraction, Up to 2 digits
