How to auto create frequency interval

I want to record a macro to create histogram.

I got a data set and extracted max and min values from there (rounded in 10). Now, I want want to auto generate intervals for creation of histogram (interval size can be 5 or 10).

Thanks for welcoming me. The file is attached below. I am doing monte carlo simulation and create probability curve. One more thing, if possible, can i know what of kind of distribution is this and how to impose a bell curve on the histogram created.
