How to add Dates from two cells to one cell

Dear Friends,

Could you please guide me how can we add two dates from two cells to one cell in a simple manner i.e. using any formula etc. rather than entering manually? Herewith, attached a copy of sample workbook for your ready reference. I need to add column A & B dates in C by adding “TO” in between. Hence, guide me in this regard.

Put in cell and drag down C3

=TEXT(A3,"dd-mm-yyyy")&" to "&TEXT(B3,"dd-mm-yyyy")
