I have an electrical drawing and modified A8 to Z8 cells.
To show I have modified the A8 to Z8 I need a revision cloud.
I do not want use insert and shapes from toolbar.

Firstly, Welcome to the Chandoo.org Forums

Because you know there are 26 entries
You can setup a rank / count system
Then populate cells or anything else as you please

The whole idea about using shapes is that they can be arranged more "Cloud" like, where as cells are very rectangular/organised in nature

Hi Hui,

Greetings!

Thanks for your quick response.

I do not want to use any shape that is my first rule.

Please find attachment for your quick reference.

Kindly suggest me to proceed further.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Sathish.

Frankly speaking I do not know much about shapes in Excel and I need similar arcs around the selected area. Please find attached cloud1 png file which I have drawn with my limited knowledge.
Kindly suggest to proceed further.

I assumed you wanted a word cloud like:

To do what you want you can only do it using shapes or VBA to make a shape

My suggestion would be to make a shape that you like
then save it as a file and import it when you require an outline
It will need to have a transparent background

Here is a text box with Shift+6, v's and < & > characters

You could easily setup a macro to make one of those as required
