How do I send cell data to other book/sheet

I have a book called Input Numbers. I want the data that comes from a sheet in this book and place it in3 other books that are called Numbers, 50+ and OBHITS. What formula would I use and how would I go that?

Say the letter "E" is in the numbers book I'm T:3 and I want the "E" to go to X:17 in the 50+ book and Y:17 in the OBHITS book

Excel doesn't send or push data
Excel pulls data from cell to cell
So in the destination cells you need to have formula that pull or extract data or summaries of data to the cells as required

OK? so, Hui, what formula would I use to pull or extract data or summaries of data to the cells from 1 sheet to another?

=[Workbook1.xlsx]Sheet1!A1
=sum([Workbook1.xlsx]sheet1!A1:A10)
etc

The work books have to all be open

As always posting a sample workbook will allow us to be more specific
