How can a cell appear blank but have a formula

I am trying to wrote some formulas in several cells and its leaving a 0 in some of the cells. Is there a way to write a formula n a cell and it remains blank until it becomes true?

In my example I have 2 sheets, 1 is called E-O and the other EEOO, in B:8 I have =EEOO!B8 and in P:8 I have =EEOO!P8. It is putting a 0 in P:8 - S:8 and I would like for it to be blank until I actually enter the data on sheet EEOO

Ive noticed when I program on my Office 2010 it leaves 0s in B:8 - F:8 so I decided to do it on my Office 2013 and this is what I am getting

Thanks

Alternatively: go to File => Options => Advanced. Scroll down the list to "Show a zero in cells that have zero value." Uncheck the box.
