Highlighting inconsistent value for unique string in another column

Hi Guys,

Can some 1 please help with attached.
I have more then 2000 Rego numbers like in the attached, where I need the Odometer Reading data be consistent in ascending format. (I need the data to be consistent for the Min Max formula's to work properly for the unique rego numbers)
I use conditional formatting with formula (=$A1<>$A2)to highlight unique rego numbers.

I have manually highlighted the cell that need fixing in Red
Is there some way where I can fix inconsistent data or highlight it on the spreadsheet?
