Highlight Matching Rows

Hello again,

I have a workbook with five worksheets. Worksheet 1 is called IT_ITGov and it contains 5368 rows with 13 columns.

I would like to make a macro that will take row 2 (A2:M2) and compare it to ALL rows in the remaining four worksheets and Highlight the Row IF it matches one of the rows in any of the other Worksheets. I would also like it to highlight the corresponding row in that Worksheet. All 13 columns of each row must match.
