Help with Month formula

Hi,

I am trying to setup Months 1 - 12 as Feb thru Jan. How do I use the month formula to return

Month_1 = Feb; Month_2 = Mar , Month_3 = Apr etc...

Uploaded the file, goal is to get cell A1 to be Feb ; B1 to be Mar and so on.

Those are names referring to an external workbook. So update the source according to your needs.
