Help! Excel Checkboxes!

Hi everyone, I need some help with this excel doc. There are two Question sections, Question 1 and Question 2 and each have two checkboxes. I'm trying to make it so that within each question you can only select one checkbox at a time. So for question 1 I'd like it so that if the first checkbox is checked and you check the second one, the first checkbox would then become unchecked and vice versa. And same for Question 2. I would also like to make the whole doc un-editable to viewers except for the checkboxes. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thank you!! Still having some issues and I attached screenshots of the problem. And the only question I have about the other cell being locked is that now the hyperlinks can't be accessed. I don't know if it's possible to lock cells and still have the hyperlinks accessible? Thank you again!!!

Hi ,

Are you getting the errors in the file I have uploaded , or are you copying and pasting the code from my file into yours and then running the code from your file ?

I'm getting them in the file you uploaded. I've just been downloading it to my computer and opening it up to see if it works.
 
Hmm interesting, yeah probably something on my end. Another question, is it possible to have the hyperlinks still be accessible on the cell that are locked?
