I have an excel file with confidential customer information. Each month, we update this excel file and copy paste their information on an e-mail and send personalized e-mails. As you can imagine this takes a lot of time and I am sure there is a better solution for this. I would appreciate a lot if you could help me. Some of the alternatives I am thinking of:
1) Create an online database which syncs with Excel and when we update the excel file, the online database will be updated and each customer will have a login name where they can access their own information.
2) Is there a trick in excel to put a login and everybody sees different rows/columns when they login through their unique identifier?
3) Any other solutions that you might suggest?
