Chihiro Excel Ninja Jul 29, 2016 #2 Right click on one of Row Label item. Choose Group by and set By: to 5. You can then edit Row Label caption to suite your need. FYI - Your grouping excludes 5 from grouping. It should be <=5 & >5.
