Getting Excel to return a list

Please see uploaded file. I want Excel to return a list of all the students who took a test between 1/1 and 1/5. I can get Excel to provide all of the students AFTER 1/1, but I need formula help to limit the results at 1/5.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Narayan. Your formulas get me much closer to a solution, however I can't figure out:

Why students who took the exam on 1/1 aren't shown in the results? (Cell B14 which the formulas reference contains 1/1).
Why are students who took the exam after 1/5 shown in the results? (Cell B15, which the formulas reference, contains 1/5. This should limit the returned list to 1/1-1/5, but the results shown start on 1/2 and end on 1/6. Any thought?
