GET & TRANSFORM (Power Query) 2016 error???

When i click on NEW QUERY in DATA Tab it displays this Message " Install Internet Explorer 9 or later to use this feature."
Excel 2016 Professional version 32 Bit.
Windows 7 - 64 Bit.
????????

What is says, IE must be installed in order for the feature to work. I know it sounds a bit crazy as IE is an obsolete product @MS.

I have IE 8.
WINDOW 7 64bit version.
Will i need to download and install IE 9 ??

As a side note Win 7 is at end of life. Support will officially end on Jan 14, 2020.
