Gap Analysis in Excel

Can anybody help me out with Gap Analysis in excel. Please download the attached file for sample. How to create something like this in excel?

I'm figuring out how to make it in future. I guess in the Insert Chart option, you selected Combo option. And this graph representation is a blend of "Stacked Columns & Stacked Lines with Markers". Still not sure how exactly you did something like this. Can you explain Gap Analysis if possible. How Stacked column is invisible below Red line?
 
Your Correct
The Stacked Columns use the left axis, the lower column has no fill applied
The Stacked Lines use the right axis
The 2 axis have to have the same scaling (Min/Max) applied
 
I got the solution if somebody else want to try this out. I'll give them this excel file. They will simply change the data and the graph will be updated automatically.
