Hi All,
I have a problem using my conditional formatting in the gantt chart.
I have attached the spreadsheet below (i hope) so that it might be easier to see what I am going on about.
I have a project that I would like to map the progress of, with a gantt chart.
However, I can't seem to get the conditional formatting to work with all my parameters. Hence that I am now seeking the professional advice. I think I may be missing a column that acts as an identifier for the parameters but am not sure if that is the best methodology
The parameters are as below:
Red at the Beginning of project period - Start of project after Sept 13
Amber at the End of project period - End of project in Q3 14.15
Red at the End of project period - End of project in Q4 14.15
Black - Identified Gap
Green - Scheme in progress with no issues
Hopefully the spreadsheet will be easier to follow.

Thanks for your help
