Gantt chart auto update percentage completed

Hi All,

I am trying to create a Gantt chart that automatically updates the percentage completed by calculating the days gone by.

The problem I am sitting with is that once it has been completed a day, it increases the percentage.

how about
=IF(E9>TODAY(),0,MIN((TODAY()-E9)/(F9-E9),1))

NOT "0" is text and NOT a number so you should use just 0 for a number

rather than a calc for 0 - i have just checked to see if the start date is in the future - so E9>today() to make 0
