Formulas showing circular errors

Hi,

Circular formula is written & Interactive calculation is enabled but still when any changes are made, it simply refreshes & does not work properly.

Can anyone help me with the formula where this issue is arrested.

Need a formula to avoid circular references, if any.

Tick Enable Iterative Calculations

Does that solve the issue?

Yes have already done that but that does not solve my problem.

Can you please check this file & the auto calculations happening on the file. That will really help to understand my concern.

When I enable Iterative Calculation , I do not get any Circular Reference.

Hi Narayan,

There is no circular reference. What I mean is the auto calculation which takes much time & resultant figure is not coming correctly. You may check the Row 7 in the file & you will ascertain the issue.

Can you be a little more specific ? Which cell has a problem ?

Column AQ "Minimum Wages Compliant" is based on Column M "Basic"
Column M is based on AQ
That is why there is an issue

What I suggest is to:
Change Column M to Basic Compliant
Insert a new Column next to M called Basic Non Compliant
Calculate both values separately
Then after Column AQ you can now extract the correct version

You may need to add extra columns for all the bonuses as well
