Formula to find the count values in single column [SOLVED]

Dear Gurus,

I am in need of a formula such that the data is distributed in same column and data to be shown seperately under the categories.

I have attached the sameple file,formula required cell is shown in yellow and marked with blue arrow.

&

I was trying with countifa,was not able to get the link between the column items and the mentioned seperate items.
