formula to count downtime

Hi there
I'm looking for a formula to count the downtime registered from 06:00 to 7:00 only, anything else must be ignore, the idea is to count the first hour of the shift only. Shift time is 6am to 3pm.

OK - Here's a start for you .... You'll need to play specify how you want to handle downtimes that start before 07:00 but end after it ... that's not clear, but it will become so as you develop your model further .. come back when you've got the definition finalized and we can find a formula to cover it ...

Developing these things is an iterative process ...;)
