Formula similar to SUMIFS

In the attached file, there are three columns namely "Make", "Model" & "Variant".

In cell F6, I applied Data Validation and due to that all the Make names are available in that. Now in Cell G6 I want a data validation list where it shows only those Models which comes under the Make mentioned in F6. After that, in cell H6 I need a formula which automatically shows the Variant on the basis of content selected in Cell F6 & G6. For the variant part, I tried SUMIFS formula, but it's not working. So there are two parts, One is to get the drop down menu of those Models which come under the Make selected in cell F6. Two is , on the basis of what a user selects in F6 & G6, it should automatically shows the relevant output in cell H6.
