formula query

Hi all,

I'm struggling to get this formula correct.

I have a column which will contain numbers 1 to 8 or two words.

If it has a 1, I want to pull the answer from a cell on the same row, from the column that is headed with a 1.

I've attached a quick sheet for reference.

Have a look at your file.

What i have understood is that you need an HLookup:

=HLOOKUP(B5,J4:S5,2,FALSE)
