Your title says nothing and you demand that members do unpaid work for you, as of this time 24 members have viewed and no one has helped maybe you atitude is wrong if you are demanding that members do your work then perhaps you should pay someone.

Nothing is wrong if someone helps me . I am not a person who have done any technical degree for this field. i have joined this site to learn new things by sharing the ideas of each other..

@bobhc i will take paid help definately when needed. All of these things are not official so this time npaid help is not required.

You must give attention to what @bobhc had said above. Most of us here are not with technical degree here. They are from different field. Still they apply their knowledge on problems based on the inputs given by OP. Everybody here will try to help you,only if, that can understand what is your real requirement. But both the time you are not getting the solution.

You would have noticed those who get the solution they had illustrated their problem in a clear way. Clearly mention what are the data fields, where they want data and with what logic.

In both of your post it is still not clear, from which value in which cells you want what output and in what cell with what logic. You must clearly explain your requirement.

I thinly you will take these into positive spirit.
