Find Last Value

Hi all,

I have drop down for year values as 2015,2016 and data in different sheet like
2015 Q1
2015 Q2
2015 Q3
2015 Q4
2016 Q1
2016 Q2
here I want last value, when I select year 2015 from drop down then Q4 will come in next cell and when I select 2016 from drop down then Q2 will come in next cell. Last value on the basis of year.

I want if I select 2015 in drop down then value in F4 will be Q4 and when I select 2016 then value in F4 will be Q2.

And this range will increase every qtr..

In F4, formula :

=LOOKUP(2,1/(L2:L100=D4),M2:M100)
