Find and summarize duplicate reference and location

Respected Sirs,

Kindly let me know to find out the duplicate reference numbers with respect to the locations as per the attached file.

We need to find out how many references are there in multiple locations.

for example: Reference 10723460 is currently in Location WH 4. We need to check in the list whether 10723460 is in any other location and if available summarize the Reference and the current location with the second location.

Thank you very much for the solution in one pivot table and the use of Countifs shown.

I was doing this manually with four sheets and checking each line.
