Yes this might be what I'm after. Tell me please, does the look in formula feature, which is presented in the screenshot, available in Excel 2007?
And also, can it handle sheets which have spaces in their names?

Hello,
Let's say my reference is D2:D10, how can I use Search and Replace tool to change the reference to E5:E13? This range is within a formula of course.

Hi,

Find & Replace should work to replace the references.

If it doesn't work row wise, try changing the filed "Search by rows" to "Search by columns".
