filter by date

This question was asked as a challenge in one of your youtube video.
When the data has joining dates and we need to filter the data such that all the joinees in the 3 months of 2018, 2019 and 2020.
Although I am able to filter the data department wise, geography wise, salary wise but not date wise.
I dont know how to do that.
Please help me find a way.

In the attached, filtered to see only dates from 1/1/2018 to 31/12/2020, which only hides 1 row (row 12).
