Fill chart with words

I have a graph that I would like all to understand. I'd like to add words into the chart.
Here is an example i found on the internet of what i'd like:

I know pictures can be used to fill chart items but I need to fill it with actual text so that it is in line with the shape every time I add new data to it.

Would appreciate any ideas.

Hi Malcolm,

You can add to your chart a dummy data series and then edit its labels to show whatever text you want to show.

How do I do that? Would it be dynamic as the data will change week on week?
