So, I'm looking for a bit of help with conditional formatting. I've recently changed departments and now have a LOT of catching up to do.
I have created a worksheet based on what is still outstanding for certain projects. I've used conditional formatting to highlight which parts still need doing, going for the obvious green and red.
I have attached a workbook which is a broken down version of mine (mine has a lot more on it). I basically want to pull only the information in red from sheet 1 and put it into sheet 2, so I can clearly see that 'Project 1' needs 'Stage's 2,4,7 & 11' completing without having to scroll through the list, essentially making a quick reference to-do list.
Any ideas on if or how this can be done will be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
