Regards, can anyone please guide me how can I extract text and amount from a long line (as given in the excel sheet) and automatically add in individual columns. A sample sheet has been attached and also the requirement (as marked in red). Please do provide me your valuable advise and instruction. Really appreciated.

Hi Kaiser,

Try:
Data > Text to column > Fixed width > Next > Finish

This will surely place your text in separate columns but not all.
