that i ask for how can i export The ID only from the User

Put in C3 and copied down:

=TRIM(RIGHT(SUBSTITUTE(A3," ";REPT(" ",LEN(A3))),LEN(A3)))

Also the LEN function can be dropped safely with your data.
=TRIM(RIGHT(SUBSTITUTE(A3," ",REPT(" ",99)),99))
