excel to access then back to excel

Can i use excel for making input . Then this input info can go in access to create database. . Then there is some reporting to be done in excel -- these reports will take data from access.

I saw excel as a database demo also but it gives violation error sometimes , saving workbook prob. sometimes.

So want to use access as a data base.

But everyone in office dont know access so for input purpose i want to use excel & access will work at backend.

Import your Excel data in to an Access table using the import wizard in Access, but on the first widow to open choose "Link to data source by creating a linked table". This way any updates to the Excel data will be reflected in the Access table.
