Hui Excel Ninja Staff member Mar 8, 2012 #2 Davinosky Excel doesn't have a "Presentation mode" per se You can however record a short macro which will Hide the Ribbon, and Tool bars, Hide the Gridlines, Formula Bar and Row/Column Headers and put Excel into Full Screen Mode This can then be setup to run when that particular file opens. You should also setup a macro to return Excel to Normal when the file closes
