Excel file with multiple sheets crashes.

Hi I have a 14mb file with about 200 tabs/ sheets. I just one to copy and add another roll by highlighting all the sheets and its starting to crash every time now.
So I try delete a wack of rolls and again the spreadsheet crashes
I have a 6gb ram why is this spreadsheet crashing on me all the time?

Is there a limited to the amount of mb file one can use when working with excel?

What do I need to do to make this work? File wouldn't upload here its too big

O'k so this is where my file is

The problem I'm having is copying and inserting into multi sheets (tabs) the computer freezes/ crashes on me. It worked fine for the past couple of weeks now it crashes.

and highlight all the sheets from AAO to sheet ZAD
AND click insert copy into row 3, so to create a new roll across all the worksheets
First I get an error which I fix - #REF #REF #REF

=IF(ZZZ!#REF!=",",[A1]ATT!#REF!,VLOOKUP($A$1,TABLE1,2,FALSE))
I change the following text in the errors under columns A- F
#REF! to read A1 and so on until the error under column F to read F1

This fixes that small hipcup

But the BIGGEST problem is the crashing when I go to copy and insert across all the worksheets

Can anyone see what the problems are?

Select the first sheet tab and from the dropdown select "select all sheets" you will see the word "group" in the sheet title, selected data, copy, select cell where you want paste to happen, paste.

Sorry about that - I tried it and finnally quick spinning after 15-20 mins that seems a bit long? Don't you think for a simple cut and paste into 190 sheets?
But I will take it anyway

All depends, you haves CF, formulas, functions being copied and pasted, 0.1 per sheet anit to bad
