Excel drop down

Hi,
I have a excel drop down with lot of names( around 30) . When a user stats to type the letters, it should display the words that starts with letters

Example

User types w in the drop down and clicks drop down, it should display the words that starts with w like wood, water. Then user can make a selection
the list should display

Hi Luke,
Thanks for your prompt reply. I looked at it. It is auto fill .But I need more than that. I need to see all the words, when the user clicks the drop down

If you had actually opened my file, you would see that's exactly what happens.
User has typed "mea", gets list of all words starting with "mea".
