error checking (!) box shortcut?

Is there a kyboard shortcut for "clicking" on the error indicator box or error checking box? Trying to use exclusively keyboard shortcuts, and am not having luck selecting the box. Have gone through the ribbon with ALT key shortcuts, but no way to just select the object? Possibly same issue with jumping in and out of drawing tools objects, like text box?

Thanks in Advance

If you want to navigate the monitor without using the mouse you could do so with sticky keys.

Thanks for the reply, but I don't think that is quite what I am looking for. May help if i explain a little bit. Is there no way to select objects on the workbook? Like shift f10 pulls the right click menu, or like using ctrl spacebar to select the whole column? I am working on a project that is supposed to be exclusively done with keyboard shortcuts, and this seems to be the only action that I cannot find a quick key for. Even with sticky keys, I don't believe it would allow me to "click" on the button without actually using the mouse. This is what I'm trying to do.

The best option that I have now is to use the ALT keys to selec the formulas menu, error checking. Just looking for a quicker way. Could do a macro of course, just wondering if these are the only options

Thanks again in advance..
