Equation to automize time differences

I would like to find a way to automatically calculate how many exams each TA should be marking.
Basically, each TA will mark a different amount of papers for every paper (paper 1, 2 and 3) because of external factors. As you can see on the sample sheet, I've totalled up the amount of papers each has marked.
I then need an equation to calculate how many exams each TA should mark in order to get all of their amount of work equal (in minutes). If each paper takes 10 minutes and each exam takes 30, for example. As you can see on the sample sheet, I got to the point where I can see how many exams each TA should mark.
However, I need to fix two things. I need the amount of time to mark a paper and the amount of time to mark an exam to be variables any person using the spreadsheet can change without having to go into the equations (so I guess pull those numbers from the cell beside time to mark exam instead of writing in a specific number?) and I need to be able to calculate for 4-6 TAs. Right now, it comes up as TA 5 and 6 having to do 2000 hours of work or whatever because they havent done any (as there are only 4 TAs in the example). I know it needs to be cleaned up, I'm just not sure how to turn it into fewer equations instead of it being broken down into so many rows.

Hi ,

You would get a solution to your problem faster if you could phrase it in terms of the Excel workbook you have uploaded.

1. Specify the cells where you want formulas to be entered ; I assume that you are looking for these formulas.

2. Manually enter the expected results in these cells , so that what ever formulas are suggested can be verified against these results at our end before the suggestions are uploaded for your testing.

3. Specify the cells which are to be used as input data in the formulas to derive the expected outputs.

4. Describe how these input cells are to be used to arrive at the expected outputs.
