Dynamic unhide/hide rows in particular ranges

Hi folks,

As a non-coder, I've been struggling fruitlessly with code copied from similar (but not quite the same) examples of hide rows for a couple of days, but no luck.
My worksheet has 50 boxes (ranges).
Basically, i want unused rows in each range to be hidden until my user inputs data in the row above.
The text alongside explains each box explains the action required.
File attached.
Any help gratefully received as I'm not versed in VBA.

Many thanks.

Hi Nebu,

Many thanks for helping out. You got further than i was able to!
Two queries:
1 - is there no way the return key can be used to confirm data? My user(s) will not remember to tab, I think.
2 - when data is deleted, the active row is hidden, meaning users cannot see the row to add a new name.
Regards,
Julian
