Dynamic Chart (Interconnected Rings)

Hello guys,
I wanted to, first Thank you all for all the help, and then introduced my next project. It is called THE THREE P's "PPP".
It is about a chart, graph or dashboard, which could grow or shrink, depending on a given data. See the attached document.

I ALSO WANTED TO SHARED MY OTHER PROJECT THAT YOU GUYS HELPED ME WITH. We are already using it. (DATA is not real)
