I have a userform I've built for work with a DTPicker to select the date - I use Excel 2010 at the office. When I took it home last night, it wont work on my home laptop which has Office 2013 - I keep getting "Compile Error: can't find project or Library".... and I see that the control is not available to choose? The tool I am building is one that is to be distributed to other organisations and so I can't control or know what version of excel they will have. I also tried adding "On Error Resume next" as a temporary at least fix to get it to work on my home PC but that doesn't seem to make a difference. Any suggestions on how I can add a date picker but ensure it works on all 2003 - 2013 at least excel versions? Made me very nervous about other functions that might stop working in other versions? I am very new to VBA programming (had to quickly teach myself after inheriting this excel user form that needed to be redeveloped) and this, what looks like instability to me, is concerning?
Thanks in advance for your help. Awesome site.... I already fixed another issues that came along with this which was that at home the Format object was not being found either .... but I added VBA.Format() which seemed to solve the problem
