Dropdowns that display different graphs

I need help with connecting 60 graphs to 2 drop down menus for a project that I am doing for my boss. I need the charts to show when a person chooses different organizations (15 orgs) and years (2011 to 2014). I have the drop downs created, but don't know how to add the graphs. Would someone please help?

Rather than create that many charts, I would suggest making 1 dynamic chart. You could either use formulas to mine your source data and calculate what you need to plot, or perhaps even let the user filter the data, like here:

It's all in three named ranges i.e. Xaxis, Actual & Budget, which are dynamic in nature. Go through them, if you had any difficulty in understanding them than write back.

I tried to recreate the formulas you wrote on my sample problem to my actual excel file but nothing is working. I thought I understood how the formulas worked. Can you please help?

Would ask you to upload the file with dummy data with exact range, say your data is in A5:G500, keep the range same and put some dummy data. If the file is above 1 mb than use dropbox to share the file.
