Double Triangles to advance tabs quickly

I am not sure what you call this but Ive notice on some excel sheets there is 1 triangle on the bottom left and extreme right to advance the tabs ether 1 at a time or from end to end. How can I add the 1 that advances the tabs ed to end?

I'm pretty sure that once the tabs fill the area to the right extending across to the horizontal scroll bar that Excel adds a jump to First/Last arrows to the area you highlighted

I just noticed the following:

In Excel 2010

The First/Last arrows are always present

In Excel 2013

The First/Last arrows are never present

But If Excel can't fit the tabs in it offers the following:

if It can't see the Right most Worksheets

or

When it can't see the left most worksheets

But the 3 Dots are a simple Step Left/Right button
