Disable VBE login if macros are disabled

Hello everyone
I need to protect VBE if macros are disabled ..
Is there a way to do that?
I need to prevent the user to login VBE if macros security is disabled ..

I know that I have to put a password but there are programs that break those passwords ..so the breaker could see the vbe project
Is that possible or just still a dream?
 
In the VBE before you save the file goto Tools, VBAProject Properties
Select the Protection Tab
Lock Project for Viewing and set a Password

That will apply to all sessions VBA enabled or not

Write down the password as in new versions of Excel it is very hard to break if you forget it
 
I tried this trick but it can be broken easily too .. there is no strong protection for vbe I think
Any other ideas?

Since a period of time, I have heard about unviewable project in vbe ..Any ideas about that?
