Data validation..

I have 70 list of names. I am going enter this is cells so I am goind to use data Validation. Is that possible to show, If I click drop down button (Data Validated Button) to view all 70 fields? Without using "Developer" Tools?
 
Yep possibly could be done, if you attach your sample file, so the member can spot the problem...

As to your question, the answer is no, there are restrictions on a data validation dropdown, the number of items is restricted to 8 (if memory is correct) items displayed and a scroll bar, also the font and font size, if you want all to be displayed then you will have to use developer tools.

Hi Syedali ,

I don't know what your problem is , but a data validation can show 70 items , 8 items at a time ; the DV drop-down will have a scrollbar , which can used to scroll through all 70 items.

S Bro. I know there is Scroll Bar but i am asking question to it is possible to show all list when i click DV drop down. It Is for time consuming in production in our Work.
Instead of searching (Scroll down) CLICK dv button and directly select the value whatever we want???

1 In raw data sheet I have colomn B,C,D,E Which all are data validated with list in master sheet it contain 25 names
2 Now I inserted data validation in Raw Data B,C,D,E
3 When I click DV Drop down list it will show only eight items instead of this I need to show all list whatever I validated
4 My final Output is to show all fields in drop down list. (Note: By default it will show only 8 items)
 
As I have pointed out and NARAYANK991 has explained what you want can not be done with normal data validation, as I said earlier you will have to use the developer tools, why you would want it is your choice but having a list of 70 items open up will make it harder for the user to read.

just how much time will you save between scrolling and the user having to scan a list of 70 names, personally I think an open list of 70 items will slow users down.
