Data validation excel [SOLVED]

I would like ask a suggestion on the dropdown list using data validation range from different sheet to another. Actually i have include the details together with the sample that i created. U may refer to the attachment...

Well i just curious how to remove the empty blanks that also visible in the dropdown list
as it is actually the source / cell range so that when i key in a value next time it will be automatically shown in the dropdown list.

Please advise me on this .. Thank You very much.

and someone can give a search function in data validation in every cells ? ex: i type "a" then all the lists that has letter "a" must be seen in the lists. TY

Hi Sasuke. well i actually taught of it. But the issue is I need to keep update the values so that it will automatically display in the dropdownlist. any idea ??

I am not sure what you want , but it seems to me using dynamic named ranges will help.

Hi .. Thank You very much.. this is something useful whereby when i add the status it is automatically can be viewed in the dropdown list. ill study on the dynamic named ranges.. thank youuuuu :) ..

When i type letter "y" all letter that has letter "y" must be seen in the list
