Data Validation Drop Down List - Can you make it have more than 8 lines?

I have a longer set of data for a drop down list (25 options) but excel only displays 8 at a time. See example photo. Is there a way to set it to display more? Would love it to display 12 or more.

Did You check, where ... the blog ... do Your links go?
Did You check, that 'pretty much sure' means that there could find that solution? I ... checked.
Please, before send links ... at least what would be there.

There are limits to the number of items that will show in a data validation drop down list:
The list can show up to show 32,767 items from a list on the worksheet.
If you type the items into the data validation dialog box (a delimited list), the limit is 256 characters, including the separators.
