Hi Team,

Please help me with the data compilation. My requirement is as below:

As per the attached xls (Book 8), I would like to know the number of joinees as per the below format.

June 2013 - number of joinees
July 2013 - number of joinees
August 2013 - number of joinees
September 2013 - number of joinees
October 2013 - number of joinees
...
...
...
...

December 2014 - number of joinees


I did filtering and also tried with the pivot but unable to generate on a monthly basis format as mentioned in my above mail.
