Firstly, this isn't exactly an excel question but related to help in creating a RAG/Dashboard stuff in excel.
Background: The boss just called me in and explained the following - We have plans to migrate some work from onshore for which we will be hiring candidates. We have the actual requirement headcount with us let say Q1-15, Q2-30, Q3-45, Q4-60, (15 for each quarter)
Info: For each resource request, a buffer of four months needs to be there (notice period and searching). We have a recruitment (excel) database which provides latest updates on the request made.(Scheduled, Shortlisted, Rejected, Offered counts)
Need - How, look, feel everything is upto you, prepare a sheet which has a RAG status kind of information showing updates on each request for each month, it should have a Red if no one is working on it, if the requirement is less than four months away or other criteria that you think needs to be added.

Question/Request: I have tried to prepare some RAG sheet but not convinced on it. I'm not sharing it presently as I want some new idea of creating it. My main question is if any one can fetch/direct me through any ideas/downloads with similar kind of stuff (just layout or any other idea of look feel) it would be great.
Please do shout/hit if things are unclear..
