Personally, I never developed such trackers, all I can say that if it is giving the user all the information in an easy and understood manner it is OK. Become a user and see if it giving you all the related information. Show it to the concerned users of this tracker and ask them, what more they want from this, do they require any type of error checks in it (as it related to finance ). I think the users can give more information how to improve it.
One thing I noticed in SUMIFS formulas you are using full column A:A ref., this will slow down your workbook. Restrict this by dynamic named ranges of Table feature.
