Customed slicer or customed filter

Hi everyone

Today it's without a sample file but eventually i can create one if needed.

what I want to accomplish.

I compare one comercial campaign against benchmark. Say since 70 percent viewership is for my campaign on channel one the rest on channel two.

1.All right I would find campaigns into benchamark with very similar ratios.

2. Then in next step ( in different pivot table ) from these campaigns ( with similar ratio) I would choose campaigns which are plus minus 20 percent in viewership from my analyzed campaign.

But the problem is how do I keep these campaigns with similar ratios , so I have a prefiltered list for second pivot table.

Obviously there are solutions but I am looking for quick one.

Is it possible when you have filtered campaigns with similar ratios to create customed slicer I can use in second pivot ?

Or can I dump data from the first pivot with unsimilar ratios so I dont need to create a pivot table and go on in first pivot ?

I'd suggest uploading a file so that people can see what your dealing with and give specific answers
 
All right I am adding a sample file.

Additional info: data in sample doesnt mean anything just ilustrating. Column campaings contains all campaigns and there are obvious columns viewership and ratio of one channel in channel mix.

lets say I am analyzing campaign "Student 34" and I choose campaigns into benchmark as campaigns which differ not more then +-10 percent in viewership a not more then +-5 percent for ratio .

Note that this data would be already quite prefiltered from large databases, so I dont look a logical formula to get trues from a table.

Then I need to continue working with chosen benchmark campaigns in pivot and use different data to analyze them. So using formulaes outside the pivot is not what I am looking for.

I am looking for to get pivot table with only these campaigns which fulfill both conditions and do it efficiently since I need to do it repeatedly for many campaigns and for all months etc......
